I would like to share my observation regarding my experience yesterday at Gulf Cinema in Ras Al Khaimah.
The movie titled (Blast) was scheduled to start around 04:00 pm.
EHowever, after approximately 15 to 20 minutes, by mistake, another Tamil movie was played instead. I was confused and wondering why a different movie was being shown.
After several audience members inside the cinema including my self was already noticed the error and complained, then the correct movie was finally played according to the poster and schedule.
In all my previous cinema experiences, I have never encountered such kind of a mistake.
As a customer i would like to advice you to be more professional and careful in the future to avoid such kind of mistakes and ensure a better experience for customers.
